New GSA IT Services Schedule

The Acquisition Advisory Panel has recommended that the GSA adopt a new IT services contract schedule and expand the DOD rule of three to the rest of the government. The new schedule would supplement the existing GSA schedule with professionals services. The prices for such orders would be based on competition instead of posted rates. This was just one of ten recommendations proposed by the panel.
