First person outside the Intelligence Community to get an Intellipedia shovel! or Setting the precedent

I revisited Eugene Eric Kim's blog and found where he talked about how he got the Intellipedia shovel. Must say, nice work, EEK! BTW, the shovel I posted, I found on EEK's Flickr page.

So how many shovels have been given out? Any predictions?

Besides, cajoling the IC (as EEK says he did), how else do you think a non-IC folks can get one?
